教学设计方案 Language Focus: Words: able, neatly, own Phrases: be able to, keep working on it, change the world more, the second most useful invention Sentences: I’m trying to get it to write more quickly. Which of these would you most like to own? Grammar: The infinitive Teaching Objectives: Learn to talk about the new inventions orally. Understand the whole lesson and read it fluently. Master the following materials: Words: able, neatly, own Phrases: be able to, keep working on it, change the world more, the second most useful invention Sentences: I’m trying to get it to write more quickly. Which of these would you most like to own? Learn the use of the infinitive: (1) as object Properties: Recorder, Overhead Projector Teaching Procedures: Ⅰ. Organizing the class. Greeting and make a duty report Ⅱ. Revision Check the homework. Revise some words of the inventions. Ⅲ. Presentation Make a suppose: If you can’t write quickly. What do you want most? Ⅳ. Read and say Listen to Part 1 and answer the following questions. Read and learn. Teach: (1)get it write more quickly让它写得更快。 Get sb. to do sth. (2)be able to 与 can的区别 时态:be able to 用于不同的时态;can只有原形过去形式 意义:be able to 能做某事;can有更多的意思,如:表示允许;表示猜测 (3)neatly adv. Write neatly; put the books on the shelf neatly (4)keep doing sth.= not give up doing sth. (5) work on sth. 从事… Read and act it. Ⅴ. Practice 1. Read the dialogue in groups. (1-3 groups for Tina; 4-6 groups for David) then exchange. 2. Practice in pairs and then exchange. 3. Have some pairs read the dialogue for the class. Ⅵ. Ask and answer. 1. Show a picture of a telephone. Ask: What’s this called? Then ask: Do you know any other words that begin with tele- Help the students to answer: television. The telephone and television are useful inventions. Then ask: What inventions do we have in the street / in a factory / on a farm? Then ask: Which of these do you think is the most useful invention? the second most useful invention? the third most useful invention? Ⅶ. Workbook Do Exercise 1 orally. Have the students in pairs. Discuss Exercise 2 in groups of four. Get the students to give the answer. Ⅷ. Exercise in class. Ⅸ. Home work Workbook ex. 2 &3 Recite Part 1 返回 |
