张家港港口中学 季玉萍 教材分析:本课的话题和交际项目是天气,因此本课的语言材料和天气密切相关,主要要求学生掌握描述天气的词汇和有关构词法的知识及谈论天气的日常交际用语,并学习感叹句的结构和用法。本课由日期谈到天气,用一组图引出描写天气的形容词,并发出感叹。介绍How cold it is today! What a cold day!及用 It’ll be /get ….说明天气的变化,很自然地复习了形容词的比较级形式。 学情分析:学生已学过比较级,在本课中再次复习。 认知目标:1.sunny cloudy rainy wind windy有关天气的词汇。 2.日常交际用语。 3感叹句的运用。 能力目标:学生能较熟练地掌握感叹句,能熟练运用本课日常交际用语进行会话。 教学重点:感叹句 教学难点:感叹句的两种句型 教学过程: Step1.Greeting Ask some questions. Step2.Presentation Show the students some pictures about the weather , and teach the new words Step3 Practise Show the nine pictures, let the students make up new dialogues . Ask some pairs out. Eg. A : What’s the weather like ? B : It’s cold , but quite sunny. Step4 .Do some exercises Change cloud rain wind snow and sun into adjectives Step5 Fill in the blanks with the right words(wb P137) Step6 Presentation Show a windy picture . Help them make sentences. How strong the wind is! What a strong wind it is! Step 7Practise Show the students some beautiful pictures, let them practise.They are allowed to discuss the pictures in small groups. Then ask some students out to share their answers Step8.Conclusion After making so many sentences, let the students draw a conclusion about the structure of the exclamatory sentences. Step 9Exercises Fill in the blanks with what a/an what or how Step10 Exercises Change the sentences into exclamatory sentences after the model Step11 Presentation Show two pictures. Present the dialogues.Then let them make up new dialogues after the model Step 12 Guess Let the students guess the meaning of each weather symbol in English Step 13 Sing the song Homework |
