Project（语言感知课） 2011-9-8 Learning aims（学习目标）： 1.get a clear understanding of a reference book; 2.speak out the traditions, customs and way of life of the Inuit, the Aborigines, the Maoris and the Native American Indians; 3.work in groups to make a reference book; 4.share opinions on different minority groups. Important points (学习重点) 1.How to understand the passage better. 2. How to help the students finish all the exercises. 3. How to help the students develop their creative, comprehensive and consolidating abilities. Difficult points (学习难点)： To improve the ability of reading by guessing the meaning of a word from the context. Learning guide (方法引导)： Read, copy, conclude and recite. 合作探究： 一、 Ask the following questions to stimulate students’ interests: 1.Every country has some or many ethnic groups. How many ethnic groups do we have in China? 2.Do you know any different cultures and customs between these groups? 3.What about the ethnic groups in other countries in the world? 4.Do you know where you can find the information you need? 二、reading-comprehension.(方法导引：采用扫描式阅读进行有选择有目的阅读，寻找某些资料或信息，对于无关部分可以忽略。) Scan and skim the four tours and find out in which countries these ethnic groups live.
