第一课时
一、 学习Module10模块单词。（集中注意力，去听，跟嘴并不断重复，你就会读啦！）
（学习导航：1、学生小组拼读全模块新单词（5-6分钟）。2、教师播放单词录音两遍，学生听并小声更正自己的单词读音。（2分钟）3、教师再播放录音两遍，学生大声跟读。（2-3分钟）4、单词过关。组员轮流读单词，要求过关90%。（4分钟））
二、Unit1 新单词的常用表达(10-15分钟)

1.fitness  n. 健康
fit  adj. 健康的   keep fit /stay fit /keep healthy /stay healthy 保持健康
v. 适合    This coat fits him . 这件大衣适合他。
2. ache v.  My head aches . = I have a headache. 我的头疼。
He aches all over.他全身疼。
      n．I have an ache in my back .  = My back aches .我后背疼。
相关词：headache 头疼 toothache 牙疼 stomachache 胃疼
3. exercise n. 运动,锻炼，不可数  
Swimming is one of the healthiest forms of exercise.
游泳是最有益于健康的运动方式之一。
n. 练习;习题，可数
Do the vocabulary exercise at the end of the chapter. 做这一章末尾的词汇练习。
常用短语：do morning exercises 做早操 ， do eye exercises 做眼保健操 
take exercise 做锻炼
4. weight  n.    weigh  v. 称重
What is your weight? = How heavy are you?= How much do you weigh?
 你体重多少?
常用短语：lose weight 减去重量  under weight缺斤少两   over weight 超重
by weight 按重量计算
5. give up 不及物动词短语 The girl gave up halfway.  这女孩中途放弃。
       及物动词短语 He gave up this job last week. 上周他放弃了这份工作。
I wish I could give up drinking.  我真希望自己能戒酒。
常用词组：翻译：give up sth.______________   give up doing___________
6. unlikely adj. 常用于be unlikely to do sth 或It is unlikely that 从句
      It is unlikely to rain . 天不可能下雨。
      It seems unlikely that he will come .他似乎不大可能来。
7.interest  n.  兴趣;关注;爱好[(+in)]
I have lost my interest in chemistry.  我对化学已不感兴趣。
vt.  使发生兴趣;引起...的关心
Chemistry interests him.   他对化学感兴趣。
重要短语：Sb. be interested in sth.
= Sb. have/show (an)interest in sth. 对…….感兴趣
         =Sth interests sb.
