Teaching aims and demands:
1.Master the volcabulary: in class, hallway, classroom, fight, outside,cafeteria
2.Master and use the target language:
---- Don't play in the hallway.
---- Can we eat in class?
Yes, we can./ No, we can't.
Teaching steps:

Step 1. Organization
1.Organize the students by greeting each other.
2.Duty report.

Step 2. Presentation
1.Play the game -- "Hot seat": Give the students an example:"Li Ping, sit down." Li Ping should stand up. "Lin Tao, speak in class." Lin Tao should keep silent.
2.Let the students do this game.
Teacher VS students Group 1 VS Group 2
3.Show some pictures to the students. Ask them:
①Can we arrive late for class?
②Can we eat anything in class?
③Can we listen to the music in the classroom?
Then introduce the rules in class.
㈠Don't arrive late for school.
㈡Don't eat anything in class.
㈢Don't listen to the music in class.
4.Ask students to do practice on these patterns.
Group 1 VS Group 2 Boys VS Girls
5.Ask students to say some other school rules they know.
eg. Don't speak loudly.
Don't waste water.
Don't get up late in the morning.
Don't watch TV on school nights.
Step 3. Practice
1.Listening practice.
Get the students to listen to the tape.Hear what rules the students are breaking.Then number the names. We will listen twice. The first just listen. The second time,listen and number the names.
2.Oral practice.
Pairwork.
Practice: Talking about the rules in the pictures in pairs.

Step 4. Summary
1.Teaching summarize: the new words, phrases and sentence patterns.
2.Ask some students to tell us what they have learned this class.


Step 5. Homework
1.Remember the volcabulary in this lesson.
2.Write some school rules or family rules on the exercise books.
