I. 打电话常用句式
1. Hello, I'd like to speak to Mr Smith. / Is Mr Smith there? / Is Mr Smith in? 喂，请史密斯先生接电话。
2. Mr White, is that you? 是你吗，怀特先生？
3. Could you put me through to Mr Wang, please? 能给我接通王先生吗？
II. 接电话常用句式
1. Who's calling (speaking)? / Who's that, please? 请问你是谁？
2. Just a moment. / One moment. / Hang (Hold) on a moment. 稍等。
3. Would you like to leave a message? 留个口信好吗？
4. Sorry, you have the wrong number. 对不起，你打错电话了。
III. 电话有毛病常用句式
1. Sorry, we have a bad line. / the line is bad. 对不起，电话线路不好。
2. Sorry, I can't hear you clearly. / I just can't make out what you are saying. 对不起，我听不清。
IV. 电话结束时常用句式
1. Well, thanks for calling. 好了，谢谢你给我打电话。
2. Feel free to call again. 有空再来电话。
3. Give me a call if you have any questions. 如果还有问题请给我来电话。

B: It's nine. It's Saturday evening. And I think it's ten in Beijing.
A: You are right. It's Sunday morning. Have you anything to say?
B: Nothing. I'll call you next week. Bye.
