［学习过程］ 一、阅读方法 1、扫读（skimming） 即通过对文章标题和首尾句的阅读，对文章的内容结构有一个整体的印象，让学生在短时间内了解作者的意图或文章所要涉及的问题。 2、跳读（scanning） 为获得特定的信息而进行的符号辨认的过程，让学生很快能抓住中心句，并能对生词作出猜测，以提高学生自学新单词的能力。 3、细读（close-reading） 指学生在对全文有个整体印象的前提下所进行的深入细致的阅读，要求了解各段落的主要意思和文章的细节，并在此基础上提出新的问题或观点，发展学生的思维能力。 当然，不同的阅读方式应有不同的时间限制和阅读速度，并要求学生在规定时间内完成一定的阅读任务，但教师最终的任务是除了能让学生巩固和表达阅读内容外，更主要的是要让学生利用已有的知识，完成一定的交际任务，或表达出自己的个人观点 二、初中英语综合阅读的几种常见题型 （1）阅读短文，选择正确答案 （2）阅读短文，判断正误 （3）阅读短文，回答问题 （4）阅读短文，按要求完成系列问题 I. 阅读短文，选择正确答案 You’ll see a new doctor at a hospital near London if you go there. He’s very clever ----but he never speaks and he didn’t go to medical school .He can work 24 hours a day and never feels tired. He is one meter tall and has a face like a TV screen（屏幕）. He has no arms and legs, but lots of button（按钮） and switches（开关）. He is Dr Robot. Doctors often need to ask their patients about their health in the past.
