Our class have discussed about the topic “Human cloning: To be or not to be”. 35% of the students are pro-cloning, since the cloned humans can share our duties and burdens, for example, our homework. And we can make use of the organs of the cloned humans to help some patients. While the others argue that human cloning is immoral. Cloning can even increase the population, therefore it will cause many social problems. The cloned humans are also humans and we are likely to lose control of them. So why should we get ourselves in trouble? On a personal note, I’m in complete agreement with human cloning. After all, scientists have been challenging questions of morality for centuries. Why should we stop them now? But we have to make sure that we’re cloning humans with the intention of benefiting humans. What’s your opinion? Write to tell me soon. Yours, Jack
