As can be seen from the chart, great changes have been taking place in the ownership of mobile phones in China. A lot of Chinese citizens now have mobile phones and the number of mobile phone users has been on the rise steadily. At the end of 2006, there were already 300 million mobile phones users. By this year, the number has reached up to 700 million.
People have found mobile phones very convenient, with which they can get in touch with each other whenever and wherever they like. What’s more, they have various functions for different needs，such as sending text messages and surfing the Internet. However, it may also bring us some troubles. For example, you will have to pay for a wrong call, and the radiation from the phone may do harm to your health. As for students, some use mobile phones to cheat in exams and some play games on their mobile phones or send text messages while having classes. All the misuse of mobile phones will lead to serious consequences.
Despite all these problems, mobile phones are still gaining popularity in the society. But we have to be wise as to the use of mobile phones.

2. 少一个要点扣2分。（要点略）
3. 语法错误分为大错和小错，每处大错扣2分，三处小错等于一处大错，相同错误不重复扣分。大错包括时态、语态、句子结构、动词、关键词使用错误等，小错包括冠词、介词、名次单复数、大小写、标点符号使用错误等。
4. 词数少于130或多于170，扣2分。
5. 书写不规范，卷面不整洁，影响到内容的阅读，扣2分。
