Compared to other forms, art does have its own advantage in environmental protection.
First, it can transform boring and pessimistic warnings into abstract or realistic pictures which are quite impressive. Just like the 2 pictures above, if they are written warnings, we might be feed fed up with it, because there are too many such warnings in textbooks, on the Internet and in TV and radio programmes. However, with the cartoon form, the pictures could arouse our interest in global warming, so that we could think about how to deal with it. It is the art form that makes a difference.
Second, because the information contained in the pictures are more concentrated, they would save a lot of time for readers.
Third, if we combine paintings and poems together, they would convey even deeper thoughts, from which our mind can feed.
