进行时的构成是：主语+be动词+现在分词～.
I am watching TV now.
我正在看电视。
句型：主语+be（am，is，are）+现在分词～.

They are cleaning their classroom.他们正在打扫他们的教室。
进行时的句型（be动词+动词-ing），使用了be动词，因此进行时的否定句与疑问句的构成方法，与be动词的否定句和疑问句的构成方法相同。
1. 进行时的否定句
